William joined White Oak Commercial in September 2015 after spending three years in Denver, Colorado. In Denver, William worked for Transwestern Commercial Services in the asset management department. William gained invaluable experience handling class-A office buildings, industrial warehouses and retail shopping centers. In addition to running White Oak’s property management division, William specializes in both buyer and seller representation, as well as tenant and landlord leasing.
During William’s time at White Oak Commercial, he has worked with a variety of clients with a broad range of real-estate needs. William is experienced working with essentially all property types but spends the majority of his time focusing on investment sales and land development deals. William is active in Wake and Johnston County, and most enjoys helping property owners find profitable ways to handle their assets through both sales transactions and leasing.
William has found a number of ways to get involved in his community. He serves on the board of the My Kids Club in Selma, NC, where he assists with fundraising and operational duties. William is a member of White Memorial Presbyterian Church and serves as the chair of the Haiti Committee. William is excited to be the incoming president of the Board of Directors for TCAR, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, in 2024.
William graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2012 and is a Tar Heel born and Tar Heel bred. He enjoys spending his time outside of the office with his wife Rebecca and daughter Anna Sackett, watching sports, grilling in the backyard, or getting exercise with his two best (four-legged) friends Cheese and Dax.
