William White with White Oak Commercial served as the sole broker in a large land transaction in Knightdale that closed in July 2023. The mixed-use project, referred to as Downtown North, will be developed on roughly 90 acres of land that the Town of Knightdale described as the “crown jewel” property. William represented the Suggs/Beasley family as sellers in the transaction and ushered the property through a redesign of the downtown transportation plan for Knightdale that included a 3 day public workshop run by a consulting firm out of Charlotte.
